Service 230 performing arts group and 700 individual members throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. Develop and grow the Individual Membership program. Manage LA Stage Times, a co-op advertising program with the L.A. Times. Manage In-House Ticketing for Ovation Awards for all  attendees, including nominees, celebrity presenters, 40+ groups, board members, and event sponsors. 

Key Achievements: 
~ Increased net revenue of LA Stage Times program by 39%. 
~ Carried out partial Membership Manager duties during 12-week leave. 
~ Developed a database to track and analyze LA Stage Times sales, finances and customers. 
Created and enforced program policies, building a standard of expectation for future clients.
